Bay Land Aviation would be happy to get you checked out in our airplanes to rent and fly. Listed below are the minimum requirements for each airplane. All checkouts require at least one (1) hour checkout with a Bay Land Instructor.

Cessna 152s

• Student Pilot minimum rating, and
• Solo endorsement from Bay Land Instructor, or
• Private Pilot minimum rating, and
• 1 Hour checkout

Cessna 172 N

• Student Pilot minimum rating, and
• Solo endorsement from Bay Land Instructor, or
• Private Pilot minimum rating, and
• 1 Hour minimum checkout

Cessna 172 RG

• Private Pilot minimum rating, and
• 1 Hour checkout, and
• 100 TT, 25 Complex with 3 Hour checkout, or
• 10 MM, or
• 250 TT, 10 Complex, 5 MM.
